1 week = $135 per night x 7 nights = $945 per week
4 weeks = $120 per night x 28 nights or $840 per week x 4 weeks = $3360...

4 weeks = $105 per night x 28 nights or $735 per week x 4 weeks = $2940...

 July 1st through August 31st:
1 week = $110 per night x 7 nights = $770per week
4 weeks = $95 per night x 28 nights or $665 per week x 4 weeks = $2,660...

 September  1st through October 31st:
1 week = $115 per night x 7 nights = $770 per week
4 weeks = $100 per night x 28 nights or $700 per week x 4 weeks = $2800...
Savings = $420

 November 1st through December 23rd:
1 week = $120 per night x 7 nights = $840 per week
4 weeks = $105 per night x 28 nights or $735 per week x 4 weeks = $2940...

 December 24th through December 31st:
1 week = $150 per night x 7 nights = $1050 per week

Billing and Payment Information:
-  All Invoices and Payments are processed online via PayPal.

-  Payments can be made via your PayPal Account, by Credit Card, Debit Card, or e-check.

- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express accepted.

-  Upon confirming your reservation dates and signing your rental agreement, you will be sent an invoice and billed for the $300 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit, plus $85 cleaning fee.

-  * The security deposit will be returned to you shortly after you stay, providing that nothing is broken, or missing, and that you have adhered to the rules & regulations.

-  The 1st 50% of the Total Room Rate will be billed and collected 60 days in advance of your stay.

-  The 2nd 50% of the Total Room Rate will be billed and collected 30 days in advance of your stay.

*** For reservations less than 30 days of your stay, FULL payment is required.

More Information...

Getting Around:
The Virgin Islands Taxi Association can provide transportation to and from the Cyril E. King Airport. This will cost about $20.00 per person and $2.00 for each bag. Alternatively, you can rent a car at the airport; which is supported by all the major rental car companies (Avis, Hertz and Budget). There is also a Budget Rent-A-Car desk located in the lobby of the adjacent Sapphire Beach Resort.

After you get to Sapphire Village; if you don’t want or need a car, then you can catch a local safari bus (taxi) at the entrance to Sapphire Village for $1.00 to go to Red Hook or even all around the island.

There is a passenger ferry dock located in Red Hook where you can take a day trip to St. John (the trip costs $7 per person, each way). The ferry runs every hour on the hour from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and returns from St. John on a similar time schedule. There are also car ferries that cost about $45 RT, which includes the fee for passengers (this is most cost effective if you have several people and you want to explore St. John – eliminates the cost of taxis / safari buses). For more adventure, if you have interest in visiting any of the BVIs, such as Tortola or Virgin Gorda, you can also catch a ferry at Red Hook. Parking Permits:
The Sapphire Village Condo Association requires that all guests obtain a free parking permit. Temporary permits may be obtained at the Sapphire Village office between 8:30am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.  Permits are necessary to avoid your vehicle from being booted and/or  towed away.

Food / Shopping:
The town of Red Hook is 1 mile from the condo.  Groceries can be purchased at the ‘Food Center’ in the town of Red Hook. If you have a car, take a quick ride over to the Tutu Park Mall in the center of the island on Route 38 (about 3 miles west of Sapphire Village).   You can shop for groceries at a supermarket known as ‘Plaza Extra’. Next door, there is a Kmart, and across the street is a Walgreens. Both are stores where you can purchase groceries, liquor, and various household items.

No Smoking Policy:
The condo is a non-smoking unit.  Smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo, nor out on the balcony.  If you must smoke, it is permissible in the parking area. Concerning cigarette butts, please do not litter.

Laundry:
There is a laundry room located right beside the Sapphire Village office. You must buy tokens at the office to use the washer and dryer.  The office is open between 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Sapphire Village Condo Association Office:
The office and staff represent the condo owners association and is responsible for upkeep of the resort and grounds, external to individual units. They can take care of any problems that arise on the grounds of the resort. The office is NOT involved with the rental of individual condo units and is not authorized to distribute keys to renters. Don’t expect the office to know anything about your rental.
